New York 🌟 El Born

No wonder it was packed... the Spanish seafood paella was truly standout. This tapas restaurant has actually been on my wish list for a long time, located in Brooklyn. I happened to pass by on a weekend and decided to give it a try. 🏙️ I walked in and managed to snag a bar seat. The place was fully booked and bustling with people. It had a bar-like atmosphere, perfect for enjoying some drinks and small dishes. I ordered grilled octopus legs, oxtail, and the famous Spanish squid ink seafood paella. I was very satisfied with each dish. 🐙 The grilled octopus legs were truly tender, with a fragrant aroma after being grilled. Every bite was pure bliss. 🐂 The oxtail was wrapped in cheese, reminiscent of South American enchiladas. It was quite delicious, but if you prefer oxtail with the bone, you might want to skip this dish. 🥘 I ordered a double portion of the paella, and it was a substantial serving. The clams, shrimp, and octopus were abundant and very fresh. The rice was well-seasoned, not overly salty like some other places I’ve tried, which made it perfect. I didn’t need to keep drinking water like I usually do at other restaurants. This one was just right and truly delicious! 🏙️After the meal, I visited the super-popular ice cream shop Caffe Panna nearby. My happiness levels went up! 🍽️ El Born 651 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222 #NewYorkFood #NewYorkWeekend #ManhattanEats 🌃🌟
