New York š Korean Food Has Gotten So Innovative Now! (1)
There's this super cute Korean-style tavern hidden near Soho that's been on fire š„ since it opened its doors. It fills up instantly! The lighting has a red hue, which is perfect for sipping some drinks, enjoying some snacks, and chatting with your girls. It's not so suitable for dates, though, because it's just way too noisy š. š¢ My friend and I had to shout to talk to each other. The portions of the dishes are all pretty small, and the menu doesn't have a lot of options. So, if you come with three or four people, you can basically order the entire menu! š Toast Roll Though it's called a toast roll, it's actually packed with filling. The filling is made of shrimp, and it comes with a super crispy fried toast roll. When you take a bite, it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, kind of like eating fried fresh milk! There's also a tangy sauce at the bottom, which makes it even less greasy and more delicious when you dip it in. š Baby Black Ribs These are sweet and sour pork ribs. They're pretty fragrant, and the meat just falls off the bone with a gentle cut. But I feel like there's a bit too much sauce. I'm not a huge fan of such sweet ribs, but they're still tasty. š #NewYork
