New York | A New Michelin One-Star Romantic French Restaurant is Stunningly Beautiful

As summer peaks in August and another year adds to my age ๐ŸŽ‚, I chose the newly promoted Michelin one-star French restaurant Le Pavillon in Manhattan for my birthday celebration. This is a new venture from the chef of the two-star restaurant Daniel, Daniel Boulud, located downstairs from the Summit observation deck. It truly offers both beauty and value for money! The $135 three-course meal is delicious, and the restaurant's decor is stunningly beautiful, with a natural modern style and many plants used for decoration. It's perfect for any occasion, be it a holiday, date, or birthday! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ We opted for the $135 three-course set menu, and there is also a tasting menu available. I had dined here in April and loved it, and this time, despite the menu change, it was still incredibly delicious! Every dish was fantastic ๐Ÿ˜ The appetizer, Roasted Sweetbread, was exceptional. The calf's pancreas was cooked just right, and the accompanying dishes were thoughtfully prepared. The grilled octopus legs were also perfect! The new menu's grilled octopus legs come with mussels, squid, cherry tomatoes, and kimchi, offering a rich tapestry of flavors. The new menu's desserts are simply divine! The PECHE | YUZU is so delicious that I wanted to order another serving after finishing it ๐Ÿ˜. A ring of super juicy white peach slices surrounds a center of cool and sweet peach sauce, topped with meringue and yuzu jam. The combination of flavors is truly wonderful ๐Ÿ‘. The hazelnut chocolate mousse is also a delight, with its smooth and rich taste! #RomanticLifeDocumenter #NewYorkRestaurants #NewYorkMichelin #BirthdayRestaurant #NewYorkLife #GlobalFoodAndDrinkTeam #NewYorkFoodExploration #DateRestaurant #NewYorkCuisine
