The Stunning 110th Floor Penthouse at Central Park Tower 📍 Central Park Tower - The World's Tallest Residential Building 🌟 🌈✨I visited this luxurious penthouse on the 110th floor with a price tag of over 400 million RMB, and it was absolutely breathtaking! 🌇 The developer is Extell, the same company behind the famous One57. I visited One57 in the morning and Central Park Tower in the afternoon, and I have to say, One57 pales in comparison. I declare that Central Park Tower is currently the most luxurious and has the most stunning views of any residence in New York! 🌈✨ The high-floor views are as impressive as if you were looking down from a helicopter, offering a panoramic view of Central Park and the entire city at your feet. The building also features clubs on the 14th, 16th, and 100th floors, each with its own facilities and services (details are attached on the last three pages). I experienced the views and floor plans on different levels, and I have to say, the most stunning ones are the 110th floor penthouse priced at over 60 million USD and the 80th floor unit at over 30 million USD. It truly is a case of "you get what you pay for." I can't even imagine how cheerful I would be living in such a place! 🌈✨ I didn't take many photos, and some of the footage is in video format.
