New York Area | Organic Farm Life is Truly Adorable 🐑

Blue Hill at Stone Barns, founded by Peggy Rockefeller of the Rockefeller family. The environment here is very relaxing, with cute sheep, farmlands, and stone houses. It’s like being in “Clarkson’s Farm,” where you can be a happy farmer, close to vegetables, fruits, and the farm! It’s about an hour’s drive from Manhattan, perfect for a rural one-day tour. . Two Michelin Stars: an ultra-high cost-performance organic and natural food lunch tray tasting. 1️⃣ The carrots 🥕 are simply divine, especially sweet! They give the illusion of eating roasted sweet potatoes, and the addition of crispy rice adds more layers to the texture. 2️⃣ Soil Grown Spring Mix is a pack of very fresh lettuce leaves, clean and moisture-free, sweet and delicious. When paired with the small bottle of dressing, you’ll fall in love with vegetables! 3️⃣ The strawberry cheesecake is personally a bit too sweet for me. 4️⃣ The open-faced sandwich features a combination of one-third peas and strawberries, a very strange and wonderful flavor combination that is unexpectedly harmonious and refreshing. . Meal Collection: In the cafeteria, each person takes a tray, and the food is served one by one like a mobile canteen. Service staff will introduce the dishes as you go. . 🌼🌸 Eating and chatting in the courtyard, surrounded by colorful flowers, gives you a feeling of being in the French countryside. We encountered a group having a wedding here, and the setup and photo scenes were very beautiful! We visited the farmlands and met the chefs who had just harvested the ingredients to be used for the wedding dinner. We took photos of the fresh ingredients and were very happy! . 💰 Ultra-high cost-performance day trip: $50 per person 🔪 Note: Cafeteria lunch service is not available every day. Although many places state “service animal only,” they are still pet-friendly. Dog-friendly! 🐶 . 💡 Some nutritional tips: Why emphasize “Soil Grown” for Soil Grown Spring Mix? 🙋 I personally think it’s because aeroponic vegetables (grown without soil) are not as nutritious as those grown in soil, and only soil-grown can be considered “organic.” Hence, the emphasis on soil-grown. . 😋 Eating fresh and clean food makes you feel beautiful. Your stomach is comfortable! We had a great exchange with my psychology friend about meditation, psychology, and diet therapy. Are you guys interested in this!
