New York ASKA 🌟🌟 🌆

ASKA is right up there with Sushi Sho as my all-time favorite in New York! It has completely changed my perception of Nordic cuisine. I had tried Nordic food in Shanghai before and wasn't really impressed, but ASKA won me over completely. I highly recommend it! 🌟 🌟 The 12-course tasting menu is not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. It's a feast for both the palate and the stomach. 🍽️ The dishes are incredibly fresh, not greasy at all, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced and full of creativity. Even the small snacks that you can eat in one bite explode with happiness in your mouth. I kept exclaiming in surprise and satisfaction throughout the meal! 🌟 🌟 Among the caviar selections, there was one that was grown on mangoes.
