New York atera ππ
πΈIt's been a while since I last had Nordic cuisine, so I chose atera. Itβs super diet-friendly with hardly any carbs. π The first few bites were nothing extraordinary, but from the small plates onwards, I gradually started to feel the charm of atera. π Especially the scallop and lobster dishes, the sauces were so cleverly balanced between creamy and refreshing without overshadowing the natural texture of the ingredients. π The entire menu also perfectly avoided quail and venison, which I don't like. The pacing of the dishes was also very comfortable, faster than most Michelin restaurants in New York. π If I had to pick a Nordic restaurant, atera would definitely beat aska! π’ #NewYork ππ
