Croquette 🍟 The croquette is so crispy on the outside, with a generous amount of mashed potatoes inside that are super smooth and creamy 🥔. When you bite into it, you get these little chunks of ham that still have that delicious aroma. It’s a perfect blend of textures! 🍟 Duck Confit 🍖 The duck confit is pretty tender. I’m not the biggest fan of confit duck personally, but this one is well-seasoned and not overly salty. It’s a solid dish that hits the mark without going overboard. 🍖 Crispy Chocolate Lava Cake 🍰 This dessert is worth making a special trip for! The outer shell is perfectly crispy, and the inside is just the right amount of sweet without being too overwhelming.
