It's quite a novelty, maybe to make it less greasy? π³ DEVILED EGG + EGG + EGG Half a boiled egg topped with sea urchin, caviar, vinegar jelly, mustard, and mayo. The flavors are very rich. π MISO GLAZED EGGPLANT It has a bit of the taste of braised eggplant, topped with pomegranate seeds, but the eggplant is quite oily. π₯ͺ SPICY FRIED CHICKEN BUN & PORK BUN Spicy fried chicken buns and pork buns. Both are good, worth ordering! π₯ͺ TRUFFLE EGG SANDWICH Delicious! The truffle flavor is quite strong. If you can't handle the taste of truffle, you might want to skip this one. Wagyu TARTARE The Wagyu is diced, topped with crispy fried potato shreds. Maybe because we ordered this dish last and were already full, the rich fat of the Wagyu and the fried potatoes made it a bit too greasy for me after a few bites. π SEA URCHIN + SALMON CAVIAR This is a pasta dish with sea urchin, salmon caviar, and nori. The flavors are incredibly fresh and sweet, not fishy at all. The noodles are quite chewy. π π KYOTO A ramen dish with broth. The broth is very impressive and delicious. Overall, the food here was full of surprises. You can order almost anything and won't be disappointed! Remember to make a reservation in advance.
