New York BBQ--Gao's Seafood & Kabob
You've ordered a variety of dishes, and here are some that I particularly recommend: π¦ Spicy Crayfish is quite fresh, with a rich, thick roe in the head and a springy, sweet, and tender meat. The slightly numbing and spicy sauce is absolutely delightful. π Red Willow Lamb has a firm texture, allowing one to fully enjoy the satisfaction of eating meat in big bites and drinking in large gulps. π’ Both the large and small lamb, as well as the large and small beef, have an even fat-to-lean ratio, which is my favorite. It's likely an order that every table must have. π¦ͺ Grilled oysters with garlic are relatively small in size, but very fresh, without any fishy taste. Friends who have high standards for oyster quality can give it a try. π We were craving the fried instant noodles from the neighboring table, so we added an order. The noodles are stir-fried dry and have a wok aroma, very fragrant. There are also large pieces of eggs and luncheon meat inside, giving a feeling of being back at the night markets in China. π« Grilled cold noodles are also good! One portion is not quite enough for us to share. πGao's Seafood & Kabob π136-72 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 #New York#Gao's Seafood & Kabob #food diary
