The wide noodles are perfectly coated in the rich broth. 🍖 🍢 Skewers: Chicken > Lamb 🔥 Highly recommend the chicken skewers! They’re incredibly tender! The barbecue powder on top is the soul of the dish—spicy and flavorful, just the right level of heat for those who love a bit of spice. The lamb skewers, while not as tender as the chicken, have a richer meaty flavor and are very satisfying. If you prefer a chewier texture, the lamb is a great choice. 🍖 🥟 Handmade Dumplings We went with the beef filling, which was very fresh. The northerner was pleased with the handmade dumpling wrappers. 🥟 🐔 Sesame Chicken & Salt and Pepper Shrimp, a pleasant surprise The northerner usually avoids this type of American-Chinese dish, but the southerner wanted to try their new offerings. The sesame chicken scored a perfect 💯! The batter is crispy, the chicken is tender, and the seasoning is just right. The salt and pepper shrimp were a bit salty for the northerner’s lighter palate, but the southerner loved them, especially with the large and generous portions of shrimp. 🍤 This place has once again topped the southerner’s list of the best Lanzhou noodles in New York. It’s rare to find a place that not only excels at noodles but also surprises with its American-Chinese dishes. Will definitely be back! #NewYork 🌇🌟
