New York Bibble & Sip 🍼

Bibble & Sip, located at 51st/8th, is now offering a discount of $15-$5.5 on their menu if you don't visit the flower show. 🌸 💛 I still remember the first time I had their éclairs — it was a decade ago! One evening, after either watching a Broadway show or having dinner, my northern friend took me to a small shop and said she wanted to share her favorite dessert with me. 🌟 Ten years have passed, and my close friend has long moved to the West Coast and become a mother. It's rare to see her now, but the beautiful memories of sharing an éclair and watching musicals and cherry blossoms together still linger in my heart. 🍬 The éclairs here are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I've tried éclairs from many places in New York, but this one still stands out. Southerners might think that the shells from alimama and Beier Baba are not as good as Bibble's, while northerners prefer Bibble's fillings, which are not overly sweet. Pairing them with a ☕️ makes it perfect! Matcha flavor is a classic and a must-order every time. Black sesame is the northern favorite, rich but not too sweet — it's the Asian gold standard for desserts. Earl Grey is liked by southerners and is a permanent flavor. 🌟 Jasmine flavor is very refreshing. They often have seasonal flavors, like taro and salted egg yolk in the past, and I've never had a bad experience with them. 🍬 They also have a wide variety of other treats, including super cute 🐼 mini desserts and cloud ☁️ cakes, which were a big hit at gatherings with kids. I haven't tried their various tarts and bread yet — anyone want to share if they're good? #NewYork 🗽🌟
