Why are the tapas better than the seafood paella here? 😂 📍Boqueria (Multiple Locations) I ordered a variety of tapas, roasted chicken, and seafood paella. The seafood paella took so long to arrive that I was almost full by the time it came—haha (though it was just a thin layer). 🍛 None of the tapas disappointed! Croquetas De Setas: Mushroom and cheese croquettes with black truffle aioli. Crispy on the outside with a creamy, oozing center. The rich dairy flavor combined with the aroma of black truffle is just amazing! 🍄 Gambas Al Ajillo: Garlic shrimp in oil. The shrimp are incredibly tender and pair perfectly with the crusty baguette on the side. Yum! 🍤 Pulpo A La Plancha: Grilled octopus legs with mashed potatoes. The seasoning is light and refreshing. The octopus tentacles are crispy on the outside, yet the meat is chewy and tender. 🐙 #NewYork 🌆🌟
