The soufflé is incredibly soft; give the plate a little shake and it will wobble. It has a subtle sweetness that melts in your mouth, with a perfect balance of egg and milk aroma. Paired with fresh whipped cream and strawberries or matcha red bean, it's incredibly delicious. 🍳 Egg Benedict The poached egg is cooked to perfection, with a runny yolk that flows out when cut. The muffin underneath is also soft and sweet, complemented by the crispy bacon.
