New York Buffalo Italian Restaurant: Frankie Primo's +39 🍝
Every time I visit Buffalo, I have to stop by this place! First of all, their fried calamari is hands down my favorite in the US so far. Of course, I haven’t tried every restaurant, so take my word with a grain of salt. Their pasta is also amazing, and the service is hit or miss. 🎢🍃 The pasta is priced for a full size, but you can opt for a half size, which will cost half the price. (Even though the waiter said it would be a bit more than half, the bill showed exactly half. Just take American explanations with a pinch of salt.) Fried Calamari: This time it wasn’t as juicy as before, but overall, it was still delicious! 🍤 Tagliatelle Funghi: A must-order every time! I love the rich, creamy truffle sauce with a strong white sauce flavor. The pasta is on the softer side. 🍜 🎢🍃 Pappardelle (with slow-braised pork): This dish has a red sauce base. The braised pork is incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth. It reminds me of my hometown’s braised pork, which my friends always call "red-cooked pork." The noodles in this dish are a bit chewier than the previous one. 🍖 Next time, I’ll definitely order the fried calamari and white sauce again (to test the restaurant’s consistency) and try their pizza as well. 🎢🍃 Frankie Primo's +39 51 W Chippewa St, Buffalo, NY 14202 #NewYork #BuffaloAirport 🌆🌟
