New York Central Park Tower Second Inspection Before Closing 🏙️

This morning, I did the second inspection at Central Park Tower. We spent 2 hours checking everything. 🏠 The developer brought the construction team along to make repairs on the spot. There are just 6 minor things left to fix, and then it'll be almost perfect. We're set to close the deal by the end of this month. 🌟 🏙️ In the afternoon, I showed another big group of clients a large apartment on Park Avenue in the Upper East Side and some of the most expensive luxury condos at 220 Central Park South, as well as townhouses. 🏠 The clients had also looked at a co - op on Central Park South before.
