My first taste of Georgian cuisine 🇬🇪!! Ever since I saw the stringy cheese boat on Xiaohongshu, I’ve been super excited to try it. 1️⃣ Adjaruli Khachapuri: This one really hit the spot for me!! The cheese is topped with a raw egg! After the dish is served, the waiter helps us mix the cheese and egg, creating that amazing stringy texture!! 🌟They also explained that we could tear off pieces of the bread and dip them into the cheese. The bread is perfectly baked—slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!! It’s so delicious it makes you want to dance!!!! 🍖 2️⃣ Khinkali (Pork + Beef): These are like three thick-skinned soup dumplings…. They contain a spice that I didn’t particularly like… 🍔 3️⃣ Chicken Mtsvadi: It’s a pretty standard roasted chicken….
