New York Chinese Cuisine | Another Chinese Restaurant I'll Visit Again

There are countless restaurants in New York, but good Chinese restaurants are few and far between, and even fewer are the ones I'd visit again (agree? Comment below 😆). 🎢 Recently, a friend recommended Jiangnan Restaurant, which they often revisit. On the day of the Little Year, I went to this Sichuan-Yangzhou restaurant on Manhattan Island with a few friends for the first time. Looking at the menu, it seems there are some fusion dishes as well. Beef Stew 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍃 Surprisingly good! It reminded me of the braised beef I had in domestic Western restaurants. There are tender potatoes and carrots in it, with a sweet and sour flavor. The portion is not large. This dish is both cheap and delicious, perfect for a girls' gathering! A pleasant surprise. Stir-fried Shredded Crab Meat 🌟🌟🌟 🏙️ This is one of the signature dishes, highly recommended. The taste and presentation are both good, with a strong crab flavor, but it's not very fragrant. The texture is a bit strange, feeling like too much cornstarch was used, resulting in an awkward consistency that's neither too thin nor too thick. It's not bad, but not particularly delicious either. Spicy Boneless Pork Knuckles 🌟🌟 🌊 I've had boneless pork knuckles at Hu Lu, but this one is quite ordinary. The texture is too hard, and it doesn't leave any special impression. Not recommended. #NewYork 🌉🍜
