Maitake Mushroom 🍄 This dish wasn't on the menu but was recommended on the spot. It's just a regular grilled maitake mushroom, but my buddy and I thought it was okay. 🌿 Smoked Half Chicken, Masa Stuffed Wing 🍗 🌊 The chicken has a strong smoky flavor, and the texture of the meat is quite unique—it's very tender and smooth, with almost no fibrous feel. The stuffed chicken wings are also interesting and taste pretty good. 🌟 Pear, Corn Cake, Horchata Cream 🥧 The corn cake is quite dense. Although there's a bit of saltiness to balance it, the whole thing is still a bit sweet. The pear is just a tiny piece. 🍐 🌊 Overall, the experience was just average. None of the dishes were bad, but they all felt pretty ordinary. Now that I think back, there's nothing particularly memorable about them. The price isn't too high, though.
