This was a total disaster! It was really bad! 😭 I don’t know if all those positive reviews were from paid marketing accounts or if people just haven’t had a good Taiwanese breakfast, but this place is neither authentic nor tasty. 🤔 🍃 We pretty much ordered almost everything on the menu, so let me break it down for you: 1⃣️ Egg Pancake Can you believe the egg pancake was hard? It had this chewy texture, like eating a cold grilled pancake. 🌿🌟 The worst part? The inside of the egg pancake didn’t have any sweet bean paste, and it came with some bizarre sauce. 🌸This egg pancake completely changed my understanding of what an egg pancake should be—strange texture and no flavor at all... 🥪 2⃣️ Braised Pork Rice This was one of the dishes I had high hopes for, but the braised pork was a letdown. 🌿🌟 It wasn’t flavorful at all, just salty with no sweetness. It tasted like it was quickly doused in soy sauce and thrown on the stove for a few seconds. 🍱 #NewYork
