In the middle of my meal, when I was eating the miso soup (which was so salty that I only ate the ingredients), I actually found a small piece of plastic in it! It was a complete choking hazard! 😱 🗽️ I immediately informed the staff, and they said they would talk to the manager. But that was the end of it—nothing happened afterward. 😂 The manager never reached out to us, and once we finished eating, the waiter just cleared our dishes without any further discussion. 🥲 When they were clearing the table, we had ordered a 300ml sake, and there was still some sake left in the cup. 🗽️The waiter tried to take the cup away, but we stopped him, puzzled. 🥲 After we paid the bill, I asked the manager to come over to share our dining experience. He just said, “Sorry, we were very busy today,” and mentioned that he had already heard about the plastic in my soup. 🗽️ He offered us a complimentary dessert, but because our overall experience was so disappointing, we declined. 😒 #NewYork 🗽️ #DiningExperience 🍽️ #DisappointingService 😒
