Reservations around 9 p.m. are easier to get; earlier times tend to be more challenging. ๐ Dolsot Al-Bap Sea Urchin Cream Stone Pot Rice ๐ You can add an extra portion of sea urchin. The cool, fresh sea urchin pairs perfectly with the hot stone pot rice. One bite and youโre in flavor heaven! The dish is filled with fish roe and creamy goodness. Itโs absolutely addictive and never feels greasy. ๐ฃ ๐Scallop DIY Gimbap The scallops come with a plate of vegetables and a small bowl of rice for you to make your own gimbap. ๐ The scallop meat is incredibly sweet and tender.
