Chawanmushi 🍳 🌅🌸 I ordered this just because it was cold and I craved something warm like steamed egg. It was delicious—basically a steamed egg with a piece of eel on top. Perfect comfort food! 🍳 🌟 Unagi Foie Gras Donburi 🍱 This eel bowl was incredibly tasty. The only downside was that it was a bit salty. 🍖 🌅🌸 Hokkaido Uni Pasta 🍝 I've had squid ink pasta many times, but this one was a game-changer. It was so rich, buttery, and creamy, with a perfect balance of strong seafood flavor that wasn't fishy at all. 🌟 The fusilli pasta had a great texture.
