New York Delights | The Tang 🍜🦐
📍 920 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10025 A delicious restaurant near Columbia University. Thanks to this place, it was my first time having a yummy dinner around Columbia. 🍲 Pork Dumplings in Chili Oil 🌶️ Red Oil Wontons ⭐️⭐️⭐️ $12 Eggplant with Century Egg 🌟 Smoked Eggplant with Century Egg $12 These appetizers really surprised me. Especially the fried eggplant, which is soft and melts in your mouth. I didn’t expect much from the appetizers compared to the main dishes, but once I took a bite, I was amazed by how delicious they were. I definitely recommend ordering and trying them. 🍃 Fried Tiger Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk 🍤 Salted Egg Yolk Tiger Prawn $22 I think this is the best main dish at this restaurant. It was my first time trying this Chinese dish, and it goes really well with the cucumber that comes with it. The shrimp is plump and juicy. 🌟 Drunk Noodles 🍜 Drunk Noodles $18 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tang's Herbal Chicken Noodle Soup 🍲 Herbal Chicken and Mushroom Noodle Soup $19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally, the main event... two bowls of noodles. First, I want to eat Drunk Noodles every week. They are unimaginably delicious. There’s plenty of meat, which is very tender because it’s cooked for a long time. The soup has a rich aroma of meat and garlic. It’s spicy but not greasy, which suits my Korean taste perfectly. The second chicken noodle soup has a flavor similar to samgyetang. My boyfriend really loved it. 🌟 #NewYork #NYCfood #NYCfoodrecommendations
