• Raw Beef Taco 🌮: Grasshopper / Avocado / Roasted Pepper Tomato Sauce / Mexican Fresh Cheese Pretty cool! The grasshoppers have a tangy flavor that’s really nice – not what I expected. I thought they might taste bitter. 🦗 • Grilled Lamb Taco 🌮: Squash Blossoms / Watercress / Herb Sauce This one is on the lunch menu too. It has a wilder flavor, with a unique herb sauce underneath that’s tangy and spicy. It’s made from an herb called ppicha. 🌿 • Grilled Shrimp Taco 🌮: Grilled Cabbage / Pickled Chives / Fennel Shrimp Salsa The shrimp is pretty good. I saw a video online of a chef grilling shrimp skewers and I really want to try one. 🍤 • Blood Orange Curd: Almond Crumbs / Smoked Blood Orange / Blood Orange Slush / Spiced Oil I really enjoyed this one. The curd is quite sweet, but the tangy blood orange on top balances it out nicely.
