I took it out of the fridge the next day, and the middle part had solidified a bit, but the surrounding brown syrup burst out, splattering all over the table. ⭐️Pulut Tai Tai - The blue part of the glutinous rice cake is made with the natural color of butterfly pea flowers, which doesn't have a special taste on its own, with a slight saltiness. The brown kaya sauce on top is the flavor of melted, fragrant coconut sugar, which gives the glutinous rice cake its soul. Basque Durian Cheesecake 🍰 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Basque-style durian cheesecake, the cake body is very moist, it melts in the mouth with a gentle touch, creamy cream cheese adds a rich texture, the whole experience is like eating durian.
