New York Dining Adventure: Sushi Hatsu 🍣

💸Fresh Uni (Sea Urchin) 🌟 The uni at Sushi Hatsu is incredibly fresh—visibly fresh! The taste is delicate yet refined, with distinct granules that don’t melt away. It’s truly high-quality. This omakase box even includes two different types of uni, which is a total delight. 🍣 King Salmon and Eel 🍖 💸There’s also King Salmon in the box, which is amazing. The eel is out of this world—freshly grilled right in front of you, tender and soft. It’s a completely different experience from packaged eel. The quality and doneness of the fish are top-notch. 🍣 Other Sashimi 🍣 Needless to say, the other sashimi is simply amazing—just one word: PERFECT. 🌟 Details 📝 💸Price: The omakase box is around $70, which I think is a great value. It’s definitely on par with restaurants that charge $150+. 💸 Hidden Gem: I was surprised that not many people know about this place. It’s a hidden treasure in Manhattan’s Chinatown. 🌿 📌 50 Eldridge St, New York, NY, 10002 #NewYork #NYCDining #SushiLovers 🌆
