New York Dining Adventure | Nurlan Uyghur Restaurant 🌟

πŸ“ Nurlan Uyghur Restaurant 43-39 Main St., Flushing, NY 11355 This hidden gem is located in Queens, near the botanical garden. The storefront is quite small, so be sure not to miss it! 🌿 πŸŒ† Inside the restaurant, you can see Uyghur customers and families enjoying their meals, which is a clear sign of its authenticity. The owner is incredibly kind. We were a group of five adults with a baby, and he helped us find a comfortable seating arrangement. 🍲 We ordered the Big Plate Chicken, Hand-Grabbed Rice, Roasted Buns, and Grilled Lamb Skewers (I’m not a big fan of lamb, so I opted for chicken skewers), along with some Flower Tea. 🌺 Big Plate Chicken: This dish was fantastic! The noodles were handmade and perfectly absorbed the flavorful broth, making them incredibly tasty. Even when reheated at home and mixed with rice, it was still super delicious! πŸ– πŸŒ† Hand-Grabbed Rice: Since it contained lamb, I didn’t eat much and can’t really judge, but my friends said it was amazing! πŸ› Roasted Buns: I found them a bit dry, and the meat didn’t seem to absorb much flavor. There was also a bit of a gamey taste, but it’s definitely something you should try when you visit! πŸ₯’ Grilled Meat Skewers: The chicken skewers were okay but not particularly impressive. However, my friends raved about the lamb skewers! πŸ– Flower Tea: The tea was hot and not too sweet, making it perfect for a cold winter day. The teapot and plates were also very aesthetically pleasing. 🍡 πŸŒ† Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its great value and authentic flavors! Oh, and remember to bring cash to avoid credit card fees. 🌟 #NewYork #NYCDining #UyghurCuisine πŸŒ†πŸŒŸ
