New York Dining Adventures 🌟

Nakaji The ultimate whiskey haven in New York. I tried the Yamazaki 12 and the Mizunara cask, paired with hairy crab—it was simply stunning. 🍔 Each piece of nigiri was delicious, with generous portions of fish over the rice. The added purple sea urchin was sweeter than a first love. 🍣 Shion (69 Leonard St) 🍣Chef Shion’s presence was like a glowing aura. Trained at Tokyo’s Sushi Saito and honed his skills at New York’s Sushi Amane, dining here feels almost like eating at Saito itself. The food is genuinely amazing, and watching him slice the fish is an experience in itself. The fish and rice blend perfectly, and the presentation is impeccable. 🌟 Joji A new venture from the former sous-chef of Masa. We added wagyu and truffles to the regular menu, and the ingredients were top-notch. The fried fish in the appetizer section was a highlight. 🍣There were 12 pieces of nigiri, making a total of 28 courses. Ladies with smaller appetites, I highly recommend coming here after fasting for three days! 😂 ICCA A newly-minted Michelin one-star Japanese restaurant. I visited on a weekday, and although the seats weren’t full, the dining atmosphere was incredible. The chef had the best “New York face” management! 🎭 We ordered two bottles of sake, and a couple next to us celebrating a birthday even gifted us a glass of champagne. We left completely satisfied and happy. 🥂 #NewYorkFoodie #SushiLovers #MichelinExperience 🌟 #WhiskeyHeaven 🥃
