Each slice of roast duck is a combination of skin and meat. The skin is crispy, and there's not much subcutaneous fat. It also comes with creatively included pineapple chunks to cut the greasiness, which is quite good. Fish Maw Chicken Soup 🍲 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is incredibly delicious! The chicken soup has a golden color that stimulates the appetite. The rich meat aroma is interwoven with a light milky fragrance, and I drank it in one go, having four bowls. Pine Nut Perch 🐟 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 The presentation is perfect 💯. The perch, after being deep-fried in hot oil, still retains its tender texture. The dish has the crispiness of the fish skin and the sweet and sour tomato sauce, which is quite satisfactory 👌🏼. Stir-fried Sponge Gourd 🥗 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 I was a bit worried that the sponge gourd would be bitter, but it turned out to be sweet, smooth, and refreshingly tender. The gourd skin is also cleaned well. Crab Powder + Original Xiaolongbao Soup Dumplings 🥟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 We ordered two steamers for comparison 👉🏼. The dumpling skin is elastic, the soup is fresh and sweet, and the pork filling is very fragrant. The more expensive crab powder version is even more delicious; it would be better if the crab flavor was more prominent. Garlic Shrimp with Vermicelli 🦐 🌟🌟🌟💫 The seasoning is excellent, and the sauce at the bottom mixed with vermicelli is really good.
