The ribeye was marbled with fat and lean meat, the exterior was pan - fried to a crispy and fragrant crunch, while the inside was tender and smooth. π’π The thickness was just right, and when dipped in the special sauce in the dish, which had a tangy and sweet flavor, it was incredibly delicious and highly recommended! 𧑠Crispy Tuna Salad I was pleasantly surprised! It was my first time trying it, and I didn't know that tuna could be fried to have a texture similar to shredded meat. It was so crispy that I thought I was eating fried shredded meat at first. π’π But the aftertaste was really fragrant, and there was no fishy smell of tuna. I tried it at home with an air fryer, and it was just as good! #NewYork π
