Chorizo (Spanish Sausage) Must-order every time! The texture is incredibly tender and not overly salty. Perfect bite! 🍖 Croquetas Delicious! A must-try! 🍟 Tripe Another must-order! We followed the waiter’s suggestion and added some 🍞. The bread was good, though a southerner might say it wasn’t as good as last time. The tripe itself was very tender and not greasy at all. Yummy! 🍖 Iberian Pork Chop The signature dish that we order every time. The roasted pork chop comes with 🍟, a playful take on steak fries. The pork chop is incredibly tender and tastier than many steaks I’ve had. 🍖 Risotto Always a must-order! The risotto changes with the seasons. This time we had rabbit risotto, which was perfectly seasoned. Last time in winter, we had mushroom risotto, which was so fragrant! The portion size is generous. 🍲 PAN CON TOMATE Fresh and delicious! 🍅 BACALAO The Spanish omelette contains salt cod, which gives it a great texture, though it’s a bit salty. 🍳 Duck Breast Very tender. A northerner might think the port and foie gras sauce has a slight medicinal taste, but a southerner thinks it’s okay. 🦆 Basque Cheesecake Super tender! It’s probably the softest cheesecake I’ve ever had. If I had to nitpick, it’s just a tiny bit too sweet for my taste.
