New York Exploration: Remembering the Tragedy 🌟
🌸After visiting the KAWS exhibition, I made my way to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, located at the World Trade Center site. This museum was built to honor the 2,977 victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. 🌆 🌟Walking through the museum, I was struck by the solemn atmosphere. Most of the exhibits and video materials inside the museum are not allowed to be photographed. This adds to the sense of reverence and respect for the victims and their families. 🍃 The museum houses a vast collection of artifacts and on-site photos, all expressing deep remembrance and mourning for the victims. Each piece tells a story, and the sheer volume of personal items and memorabilia brings the tragedy to life in a very personal way. 🌟 The most heart-wrenching part of the exhibition was the audio recordings of the victims' family members calling out their loved ones' names. Hearing their voices, filled with hope and desperation, was incredibly moving and brought tears to my eyes. 🎢 There were also architectural remnants of the towers, and the extent of the damage clearly showed the severity of the situation. Seeing the twisted steel and broken debris, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of sadness and loss. 🌟 Cherishing peace is a duty and responsibility for everyone. The student ticket is $20, and it's worth every penny. Security checks are required to enter the museum, ensuring that the space remains a place of respect and reflection. 🌊 Visiting the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is an emotional experience, but it's an important reminder of the fragility of life and the importance of unity. #NewYork 🌆🌟
