New York Exploration: The Hive-like Vessel

Today, I visited the iconic Vessel in Manhattan, New York, located at Hudson Yards. ๐ŸŽข๐ŸƒThis honeycomb-like stepped landmark stands at an impressive 150 feet! Although the top area remains closed, the overall experience is still incredibly breathtaking!โœจ โœจ Designed by Heatherwick Studio, the Vessel features 2,500 steps and 80 observation platforms, intended to allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline through climbing. Due to past unfortunate incidents, the Vessel has added a new steel mesh barrier before reopening, with protective facilities installed from the second level upwards. ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿƒ This not only preserves the building's openness but also significantly enhances safety. โœจCurrently, two levels of the Vessel are fully open to visitors, while the top area remains closed. Stepping into this structure feels like walking through a giant art installation, where every step allows you to feel the dialogue between the architecture and its surroundings. ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿƒ Even though the top cannot be reached, the view from the open levels is still captivating, with the bustling Hudson Yards contrasting sharply with the tranquility of the New York riverside. It's a sight that truly makes you linger and take photos. ๐Ÿ“ธ #Vessel #NewYorkTravel #ExploreNewYork ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
