New York Exploration: The Vessel 🌟

🌸Today, I visited the iconic Vessel in Manhattan, New York, located at Hudson Yards. This honeycomb-like, stepped landmark stands at 150 feet tall! Although the upper area remains closed, the overall experience is still incredibly impressive!✨ 🌆 Designed by Heatherwick Studio, the Vessel features 2,500 steps and 80 observation platforms, inviting visitors to climb and enjoy panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. 🌊 Following a past incident, Vessel has added a new steel mesh barrier, with protective measures installed from the second floor upwards. This retains the building's openness while significantly enhancing safety. Currently, the first two levels of Vessel are fully open to visitors, while the upper area remains closed. 🍃 Stepping into this structure feels like walking through a massive art installation, with every step allowing you to experience the dialogue between architecture and environment. 🌟 Even without access to the top, the view from the open floors is captivating, with the bustling Hudson Yards contrasting beautifully with the tranquil riverside.
