The King of Japanese Cuisine Value in New York 🌟 At the end of February, I went to New York to see a concert by JJ Lin and stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant. 🌅 It was such a pleasant surprise that I ended up visiting it twice during my one-week trip! Most of the staff and even the customers are Japanese. 🌟 1⃣️ Uni Don (Sea Urchin Rice Bowl) 🌸From the picture alone, you can tell how generous the portion is. A must-order for sea urchin lovers! 🦀 2⃣️ Kaisen Don (Seafood Rice Bowl) My absolute favorite!!! The sashimi selection is incredibly diverse compared to other places. The thick slices of sashimi are super satisfying, with a fresh and smooth texture. 🌸 The combination isn’t fixed; I had salmon, yellowtail, and bluefin tuna toro in mine. All for just $21! 💰 3⃣️ Daiginjo Bara Chirashi (Sashimi Mixed Rice) This dish features salmon, tuna, eel, tamagoyaki (omelette), and more. It’s perfect for sharing with friends because it comes in a huge portion! 🍣 🌸4⃣️ Hidden Menu Yellowtail I saw this on Yelp and couldn’t find it on the menu, so I showed the picture to the staff to order it. The taste is unique—sweet and tangy, and it disappeared as soon as it hit the table! 🍭 Lastly, I have to praise their Miso Soup. I used to find miso soup a bit salty and “powdery,” but this one completely changed my perception. It’s the perfect palate cleanser when paired with sashimi! 🍜 🎈 327 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10016 #NewYork #NewYorkFood #JapaneseCuisine 🌆🌟
