New York Exploration (1)
In New York, there is a restaurant that doesn't market itself much, but it can attract all kinds of social elites from New York, fund managers, and old money families. 🌅What kind of magic does this restaurant have to become the darling of the circle? Today, I'm going to introduce Le Bernardin, which is known as the elite reaper and a three-Michelin-star seafood temple. 🌟 🍽️Restaurant Background Le Bernardin is located in Midtown Manhattan. After being taken over by Chef Eric Ripert in 1994, it became famous and has always maintained its three-Michelin-star status without ever losing a star. 🌅The restaurant is close to the bustling Seventh Avenue, but its exterior is very low-key. Once you enter, the interior decoration is elegant and restrained: large wooden surfaces, abstract marine paintings, and it's so quiet that you can clearly hear the whispers from the next table. 🐟 Signature Dishes ✨ Tuna Carpaccio (Thin Slices of Tuna): The extremely thin slices of raw tuna are placed on top of foie gras jelly and toasted bread, with truffle oil sprinkled on top. 🌅The first bite reveals the interplay of the fish's freshness and the richness of the foie gras. Although I think it's a bit too salty, it's still a taste that most people can accept, and the first few bites are definitely the best experience. #NewYork 🌅
