New York Finally Got Snow ❄️ Again!

Time for a bowl of spicy ramen! 🍜 🎢 New York, you’ve finally got snow again. Although I’m from Syracuse and not a huge fan of snow, I’ll join in the fun for a while. 🌨️ Jin Ramen UWS The place was pretty npacked, but the wait wasn’t long at all. 🕒 🌊 Most of their ramen options are spicy 🌶️, which is a bit intimidating for someone from Guangzhou. I wouldn’t dare to try their five-chili level. I saw a recommendation on xhs, so I went for the Spicy Tonkotsu, which is three chilies. 🍃 The noodles were perfect—chewy but not too firm, and they gave a lot of bamboo shoots! The spiciness was just right for me, though those who love really spicy food might find it mild. 🌶️ 🌸And oh my, the Pork Buns were amazing! They were filled with lots of sauce and tender, falling-apart meat. It’s the best I’ve ever had! 🍔 31🔪 Paid the bill. End. #NewYork 🌆
