New York Fine Dining Series - Saga 🌟🌟

🥥The appetizers were all quite delicious, featuring tangy Japanese-style dishes with a variety of fish, both raw and cooked, paired with different sauces. They were flavorful without being greasy. The main course, however, was less impressive. 🥥The Wagyu beef was overly fatty, with a lot of marbling, making it hard to enjoy more than one piece. The duck breast was presented like sliced roast duck. The most disappointing dish was the fried noodles topped with fruit—it was greasy and not very tasty, feeling more like a filler. 🥥Overall, the experience was great in terms of ambiance. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, with two major rivers on either side. The price was around $65, and the service was excellent, as expected from a Michelin-rated restaurant. If you can't get a reservation at other fine dining spots, this is a good alternative. But it may not be worth a special trip just for this. Saga 📍 70 Pine St, 63rd Floor, New York, NY 10005 #NewYorkFood #Michelin #StudyingInNewYork
