New York Food | Meaty Beef Short Rib Pho 🍖💕

I first tried this place through Uber Eats and fell in love with their 4-flavored grilled beef sandwich, so this week I made a special trip to dine in. 🔆 Restaurant Name: Hello Saigon 👋🏼 This place is right next to Saigon Shack. Pho 🍜 I’ve tried the Steamed Beef Short Rib and the Hello Saigon Special Noodle. Their broth and meat quality are good, but what really stands out is the generous amount of meat. The beef short rib in the pho is amazing—so tender and flavorful. It’s worth every bite! 🌟 Vietnamese Sandwich 🥙 I really enjoyed the 4-flavored grilled beef sandwich. The baguette is decent, but the real star is the meat sausage. It’s made with four different spices and has a rich aroma. The combination of fat, mayo, and spices is just perfect.
