New York Food | The Best Hot Dog in the City of Hot Dogs (2)🌭
The texture of the sausage casing and the bun is quite different from Nathan’s. They’re crunchier, the sausage is very flavorful, and the portion is generous. It feels like a better deal, haha 😄. The signature drink isn’t as impressive as the hot dogs. There are four flavors to choose from. 🌿🌟 The signature papaya juice is refreshing, but it does get a bit too sweet after a while, and I could still taste a hint of artificial flavor 🥤. By the time I finished, there was already a long line in the store, stretching all the way out to the main street. Overall, it was a cheap and satisfying meal. For now, I’d say it’s the best hot dog I’ve had in New York. 🌿🌟 You probably don’t need to make a special trip, but if you’re ever in the Upper West Side, it’s worth a visit 📍. Little tip: You need to spend at least $10 to pay by card, so if you’re going alone, remember to bring some cash 💵. 🍽 Gray’s Papaya 📍 2090 Broadway, New York, NY 10023 🚇 72nd St (1/2/3 lines) ⏰ Thu-Sat: 8a-11p; Sun-Wed: 8a-10p 💵 Average cost: $7 #NewYorkFood #NewYorkExploration 🌟
