I heard that Yun's South has introduced new dishes. As a Yunnan cuisine fan, I rushed over to try them out! It was definitely worth the trip! Apart from the rice noodles, the fried cuttlefish cakes and shrimp cakes are also super delicious. The sweet coconut pudding was a delightful surprise! 🍲 Mengzi Little Yellow Cow Rice Noodles Big slices of beef paired with rice noodles. The flavor is on the lighter side and not very spicy. Perfect for Chinese friends who can't handle spicy food! 🥢 💯 Eel Rice Noodles Still my favorite!! It ranks number one among all the Yunnan dishes I’ve tried! So flavorful and aromatic—it’s a must-try for everyone! The eel is so tender and delicious. 😍 🥩 Yunnan Mint Fried Pork Ribs Super, super, super delicious! It makes a great appetizer with just the right amount. 🫔 For the fried dishes, I had cuttlefish cakes and shrimp cakes. They come with a Thai-style sweet and sour dipping sauce. It’s very authentic and delicious! The red sugar glutinous rice cake is my eternal love! 🥥 For dessert, the coconut jelly is a must. It’s smooth, not overly sweet, and just perfect.
