The kimchi steak sandwich is just so creative! 🌟 The menu is a visual feast, filled with interesting combinations and fun names. I could spend all day just reading through it. For example, the "Frank Sinatra’s Style" sandwich features hot soppressata, mortadella, salami, and provolone—a perfect stack of Italian flavors. 🍕 🏙️ I ordered the Habana Cuba Sandwich, and it was amazing! The ham is sliced so thin it’s almost translucent, and it’s incredibly tender. Combined with mayo, mustard, and pickles, the sandwich has a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors. The ciabatta bread, sourced from Sullivan Street, has a crispy crust that’s super satisfying. 🥪 🏙️ The beef sandwich, "Dear Emma," is also fantastic. It features generous portions of short ribs, paired with kimchi and honey-spicy sauce. The addition of Asian elements makes it super creative and delicious. 🍖 I’m also curious about the Corona Steak Sandwich, especially the fig tahini sauce.
