—————— 💛Broth: The silver broth and black truffle mushroom broth are truly 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👉🏼The silver broth is the pork belly chicken soup I've been craving day and night. When you drop the frozen tofu and bamboo shoots into the pot, they absorb the incredibly fresh and flavorful broth, so delicious that it explodes in your mouth 💥 👉🏼The black truffle health mushroom broth has truffles that are freshly shaved right in front of you ‼️This broth pairs perfectly with all beef, especially wagyu!! It's so delicious that you don't even need dipping sauce. —————— 💛Dishes: Supreme Sea and Land Platter 🦪 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is a must-order! It's a collection of the essence of this restaurant. 🥩The dice-shaped wagyu takes a dip in the truffle broth, and with a gentle bite, the fat bursts open; 🦪The oysters are incredibly large, fresh, and plump!! Best paired with the seafood sauce mixed by the waitress; 🦐How fresh are the swimming shrimp? When placed in the pot, their tails still move, leaving us all stunned. 🍤As for the shrimp, it's no need to say: refreshing, elastic, and fresh. We couldn't get enough and ordered another plate. Thick-cut Snowflake Wagyu 🥩 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 This was what I was most looking forward to before coming! They use freshly sliced A5 Miyazaki wagyu, with beautiful marbling that bursts with beef fat aroma when you take a bite. However, in my opinion, the dice-shaped wagyu still takes the lead. Bamboo Shoots 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A soup-absorbing wonder!! Can't stop eating them. You can also order frozen tofu, fried dough sticks, and wonton wrappers, but whatever you do, don't waste this bowl of soup. Others 🫓The wagyu flying pancake with pickled cabbage is great; 🥩The marbled beef has a high cost-performance ratio; 🥬The taro in the vegetarian arhat platter is incredibly delicious! Cook it a bit longer, and it becomes soft and melts in your mouth. The only dissatisfaction is that the beef tongue is sliced too thin, not satisfying enough. —————— 💛Congee Village Flushing 📍36-36 Prince St, Flushing, NY 11354 #Congee Village Flushing#New York#food diary
