π New York Food Diary | The Ultimate Ramen Experience π
The first bowl of ramen in winter has to be Ichiran!!! π It finally snowed in New York!!! βοΈ When the weather turns cold, I crave Ichiran! π πΏπI arrived at the door at 4:30 PM on a workday, but I still had to wait in the chilly wind for over half an hour! Next time, Iβll definitely try to get there even earlier! π As someone who usually avoids spicy food, I bravely tried the 1/2 spiciness level and found it quite enjoyable! I chose all the recommended options for the rest, and it was incredibly aromatic, satisfying, and appetizing! For dessert, I had a matcha pudding that was simply divine! The matcha flavor was super rich and intenseβhighly recommended! π πΏπ Later, I bought the instant version of Ichiran online, but the taste was a bit off compared to the real deal. The broth of the instant version had a slight fishy taste, but the noodles were still pretty good! π π Ichiran #RamenLovers #NYCRamen π
