—————— 🔆 Store Name: Bites of Xi'an Roujiamo (Chinese Hamburger) 🥙 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 The roujiamo here is known as Lao Tongguan Roujiamo in our area. The bread is flaky and crispy with thin layers, and the braised pork inside is fatty but not greasy. Together, they're perfect! 💯 Deducting half a star because there's not enough meat, and one is not enough for me to eat. Chang'an Style Noodles 🍜 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This noodle dish is called "Three in One" in our area, which combines tomato and egg, fried sauce, and oil泼 flavors in one dish. You can choose from hand-pulled noodles, wide noodles, or thin noodles. We ordered the chewy hand-pulled noodles. The sauce is very flavorful, and when mixed together, it's especially fragrant!!! A must-try dish.
