—————— Chicken Pot and Beef Brisket Pot 🥘 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They offer a variety of pots to choose from. We ordered the classic Chicken Pot and Beef Brisket Pot, both of which you eat the meat first and then add other a la carte ingredients. Both are quite substantial, but I prefer the Chicken Pot. It's said to be free-range chicken, with tender and flavorful meat, perfect for several bowls of rice! Fried Fresh Milk 🫔 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is truly my favorite of the entire meal. The golden crust is crispy on the outside, while the fresh milk inside is smooth and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, it's impossible to stop eating. Northeastern Dan Dan Noodles 🍜 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I often eat Sichuan Dan Dan noodles and was curious about the Northeastern version. Its broth has a sweet and sour taste, and the texture of the noodles is similar to Korean cold noodles. After having a hot bite of the chicken pot, followed by a cold bite of the Dan Dan noodles, it's very satisfying. —————— We also ordered other dishes: 🍲 Traditional Spicy Hot Pot has plenty of ingredients, suitable for friends who like to eat vegetables; 🥔 Golden Branches and Jade Leaves are finely shredded potatoes that are fried and have a sweet and sour taste, perfect for sharing among many; 🥩 While eating, we heard many people ordering pork head meat, and out of curiosity, we also ordered a plate.
