—————— Sichuan Flavored Plum Pork with Tomato and Egg Noodles 🍜 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The plum pork is generously portioned, lean with a slight spiciness. The seasoning is a tangy and fragrant tomato sauce, enhanced with sweet and crispy cabbage to enrich the texture. The noodles are my preferred knife-shaved noodles, which would be even better if they were more chewy. Tofu and Plum Pork Over Rice 🍱 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The tofu is pan-fried to a crispy exterior and tender interior, with a hint of sweet teriyaki sauce, and very flavorful minced pork. The rice is drizzled with a layer of braising sauce, which I enjoy mixing together.
