New York Food Exploration | Laut ๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸœLaut is a super popular Malaysian restaurant! My friend had raved about their Singapura branch, so I was really looking forward to trying this one out. Even though we arrived pretty late, the place was still bustling with people. ๐ŸŒŸ We had to wait just a few minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it. The whole place had a strong Southeast Asian vibe, and the seats were pretty close together, giving it a cozy, lively atmosphere. ๐ŸŒด ๐ŸœFor drinks, we ordered their signature milk tea, which tasted a lot like Hong Kong-style milk teaโ€”quite sweet and very comforting. ๐Ÿต The satay skewers were amazing! The meat was perfectly grilled, with a rich, flavorful sauce. They were topped with crushed peanuts, which added a nice crunch. Even though Iโ€™m not usually a fan of peanuts, I couldnโ€™t stop eating them! ๐Ÿ– ๐ŸŒŸ For the main course, we had the laksa seafood noodles and the signature soft-shell crab with fried buns. The laksa noodles were bursting with coconut flavor, and they came with fried wontons that soaked up all the delicious broth. ๐Ÿœ ๐Ÿœ #NYCfoodie #MalaysianCuisine #NYCrestaurant ๐ŸŒ†
