The fried pork cutlet has a golden crust, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You can choose between curry sauce or black pepper sauce (I personally prefer the curry). Japanese Fried Oysters 🦪 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My favorite new dish! The batter is light and crispy, and the oysters inside are soft and juicy. Dipped in sauce, it's really fragrant. Fried Soft-Shell Crab Rice Burger 🍔 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 Also a must-order! The crab meat is plump, fresh, tender, and soft. The batter is thin and adheres closely. It's very satisfying with each bite. Highly recommend the restaurant to offer a single dish of fried soft-shell crab! Black and White Combo Ramen 🍜 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I really like the option to double up on flavors here, allowing you to taste two kinds. The soup base is great, with black garlic being heavier than the white soup. I love the soft-boiled egg and sweet corn inside, always ordering an extra portion. —————— Additional Notes: We also ordered Golden Butterfly Prawns 🦐, coated with a layer of fine fried potato threads. The presentation is excellent, but not as astonishing as the fried oysters. For dessert, we chose Mango Mille Crepes 🥭 this time, where you can taste fresh mango chunks, but the crepe layers are a bit thick.
